We designed the residential project Zamecké zahrady for the developer Crestyl. The overall concept was determined by the building lots, with complete utilities networks, and the project documentation for the construction of family houses around the municipality of Vysoký Újezd.
About 700 family houses for permanent living and recreation purposes grew up on plots of at least 1 000 m2. A central park will separate each zone of houses. An 820 000 m2, eighteen-hole golf course is located in the immediate surroundings as well.
