Room and reception of River Diamond II

In addition to the standard flats, Mimolimit studio designed the interiors of two show flats for River Diamond in the prague quarter of Karlín.

This flat is “modern classic”. It uses high quality natural materials: teak, burnt black granite, glass and stainless steel. It is decorated using classic wallpaper, curtains and drapes, but all with avant-garde patterns and non-traditional material combinations from textile company designers guild.

Sharp contrasts and reflective surfaces are used, their purpose being to optically enlarge the space. The furniture comes from various European firms, but the most classical is from the company Maxalto. The space is illuminated by direct and indirect lighting. Paintings, sculptures and floral arrangements are an integral part of the interior.
